I have been snowboarding for more than 8 years, I have been teaching physical education for more than 13 years, about 25 years have been devoted to extreme sports and sports tourism. In this article, I express only my personal opinion on how to choose a snowboard instructor, and how snowboarding training (and generally any training in potentially traumatic sports) should really look like.
